What this covers

Verlet Systems, Inc. operates getverlet.com, including www.getverlet.com. This policy covers visits to that public website and inquiries sent through its contact links.

It does not describe the processing of account information or customer evidence in the authenticated Verlet application. Application access is subject to the applicable agreement. Before submitting customer data, contact us for the data-handling details and terms for your deployment.

Information we receive

Website requests. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives the technical information needed to serve a page. This may include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information and referring page. It may keep operational and security logs.

Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, email metadata and any attachments you choose to send. Your name, employer or role may be included if you provide them. Please limit an initial inquiry to the information needed to discuss your request.

Interactive graphics. The 3D view, page navigation, recovery findings, run inspection, forecast sliders and credit-history controls run in your browser. They use illustrative examples and your local selections. The website scripts do not transmit or store these selections.

Use and service providers

We use correspondence to answer questions, discuss Verlet, provide requested follow-up and manage the resulting business relationship. Technical request information supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection of the website.

Vercel provides website hosting. Our email service provider processes messages for delivery and storage. These providers receive information needed to perform those services. See Vercel's privacy notice for its own practices.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to respond to lawful requests or protect legal rights. Links to external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and browser storage

The public website does not include analytics trackers or advertising pixels. Its scripts do not set cookies or write to localStorage or sessionStorage. Fonts are served with the website, without a third-party font service.

These statements apply to the public website. The authenticated application uses a separate sign-in process and has different data-handling requirements.

Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain the relevant relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the purpose and content of the conversation. Hosting logs are subject to the provider's operational settings and retention practices. This policy does not set a fixed period for all records.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hello@getverlet.com to make a request or ask about information we hold. We may need to verify your identity and understand the request before acting. Legal obligations may limit what we can remove.

You can also ask us to stop following up on an inquiry. Website controls can be used without sending us an email or creating an account.
